We are providers of supervision to other counselling and support services throughout Staffordshire. We offer structured and supportive supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling psychologists and psychologists. Sessions are competitively priced with concessions available to students and for block bookings.

In recognition of our commitment to the fundamental importance of supervision, Prohealth have a team of supervisors who provide supervision not just for our own therapists but also to independent practitioners and also through contracted services to other therapy providers.

We offer a bespoke supervision service rather than a generic format as our therapists and supervisors are individuals with a unique range of experience in clinical practice, expertise in specialties and additional training. Our flexible approach provides differing delivery methods from live supervision, one to one, through group to online supervision by both webcam and also encrypted email, reflecting a range of presenting issues, access needs and timing schedules.

Our team of qualified supervisors also work as therapists within a wide range of clinical practice arenas thus ensuring a credibility and variety of experience. As with our therapists, our supervisors are members of national regulatory and professional bodies and adhere to their ethical frameworks and guidelines for supervision.

With expertise in supervision training, our training branch offers a Diploma in Supervision which is written for, and accredited by, NCFE and is available both as a classroom based taught course but also in blended learning format.

Rebecca Lunson Southall, Operational Clinical Director and Head Supervisor at Prohealth, is a member of the BACP supervision research division thus not only ensuring that the supervision provided by our organisation is based on up to date research and recommendations but also being at the cutting edge of informing clinical supervision for the future.
